Home delivery available for durable items weighing between 10 and 100 pounds.

Regular shipping rates for gift parcel items (donations) from Miami to Mariel, Cuba, is $1.99 per pound (lbs.), plus $5.00 per package for export documentation.

Crowley provides home delivery service, through its affiliates on the island, for items weighing between 10 and 100 pounds. The rates below apply to gift items (durables); the cost is per package, per delivery and is subject to the province.

**Consulting the list of approved gift items (donations), recipient in Cuba must pay approximately $1,224.00 pesos Cubanos for the 12,000 BTU split unit / per custom duties. Only items with a value higher than $ 30 USD pay duty fees. Please consult the list of approved durable items to confirm the duties to be paid for your item, if applicable.

On the box’s label, please make sure the address on the box reads as follows:

*It is very important that the shipping label includes Crowley Cuba Express to avoid any error or inconveniences that could delay the shipping process.

Inside the box, please include the following information on a sheet of paper:

Complete address in Cuba
Contact telephone number and Identity Card number of the recipient

DO NOT mix Miscellaneous items with Gift Parcels. It is important that you consult the list of Allowed Gift Items to avoid errors and inconveniences.

Send us an email. Once you receive confirmation of your purchase from the online store, you should send an email to cubalcl@crowley.com and provide the tracking number (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). It is VERY IMPORTANT that in this email you include the recipient’s details:

Name and surname of the recipient
Complete address in Cuba
Contact telephone number
Identity Card Number of the recipient in Cuba

Delivery times

Crowley offers weekly sailings to the Port of Mariel. Our customers can also take advantage of the company’s Liner Shipment Tracking to monitor the location of the cargo between Miami and Mariel.

Home delivery around the island ranges from 3 to 6 weeks and it is subject to customs formalities and external factors that may affect the process, such as lack of electricity, breakdown of processing equipment at destination, weather events, etc.
